Following Page one (which was enclosed in the previous post) i did an analysis of it on page two. this was basically just what i wrote as captions.
as well as a title page, all art books SHOULD have a spider diagram. once again, since i found it hard to concentrate on this sort of art, i blended it with my musical interest.

| here is the centre of the A3 spider diagram. it is based on the front cover of 'The Resistance' by Muse, one of my favourite bands. once again, i used colouring pencil for this, so not much mixed media at all. one thing i found difficult was aligning all the little hexagons, once i had finally done that, all i had to do was colour it in. |

| the full image of the page. i was also quite pleased with this. looking around the class room in the lesson i could see talent that i would never stand up to, but i found this satisfying just the same, as it held my interest and was colourful. the marching skeleton and his parade are from the poster i got inside the album 'The Black Parade' by My Chemical Romance, and are done in charcoal. overall, this page also reaches a B grade. |
